Prof. Zelinsky died in 2013, but David Hackett Fischer is alive, and is an emeritus professor at Brandeis. You should send these recent posts to him, and see if he has any comments.

I am trying to find Sowell's email. He would be even more interested in my results. But I simply can't find it.

It is worth making the effort to reach him: "In some cases, however, heartfelt letters come in, telling you that your book has reached readers in the sense in which you wanted it to reach them. That makes all the struggle seem worthwhile." https://www.hoover.org/research/some-thoughts-about-writing

I imagine he is insulated due to his age, and his fame, and the hostility of people who don't like him. You may want to contact the Hoover Institution. Consider calling their main number. https://www.hoover.org/about Voice telephony is an old technology which is under-utilized, but which sometimes gets good results! Also consider printing out your post and mailing it in paper form in a manila envelope. It may be opened and passed on by whatever gatekeepers they have.

Seems like much too much work. Haha. I might try thomas.sowell@hoover.org or something.

Old guys (like me) think voice calls are routine, but people under 30 think voice calls are weird. Sowell is an old guy. Voice phone and paper mail is probably his speed. If you called Hoover they might just put you through to him! Good luck either way.
